HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?


Book an in-studio and/or online class with 3 easy steps: 1. Login or register 2. Purchase a Class Package 3. Book a class * Advance booking is a must * Please book your in-studio and online class/es in advance. Our booking system closes 30 minutes before class starts. If the class you intend to attend is scheduled at 7:30pm, you will no longer be able to book the class after 7:00pm. * Strictly no walk-ins allowed * For best user experience, download the WIX MOBILE APP and use the invite code: YYH2TJ




CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICIES


IN-STUDIO CLASSES To allow as many students as possible to get a spot in the class, we'll be strictly implementing our cancellation policy -- please remember to cancel 6 hours before your scheduled class. No-shows, last minute cancellations and late-comers are not eligible for class credit or refund. ONLINE CLASSES Online classes cancelled within 1 hour before class start time will not be refunded nor returned You can cancel a reservation by logging into your account online, through our app, or by calling us at 09178757841.




WHAT DO I WEAR IN CLASS?


POLE CLASS: Wear shorts, sports bra and no lotion. For Pole Exotic, Low Flow, Liquid Motion and Chaireography, wear kneepads and Pleaser shoes or socks. AERIAL CLASS: Wear a shirt with sleeves and leggings DANCE & OTHER FITNESS CLASSES: Any comfy attire and rubbershoes. Barefoot for Yoga and Stretch Lab




WAITLIST


When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the waitlist. (NOTE: You can join a waitlist only through the Wix Mobile App . Invite Code: YYHT2J ) If a spot frees up, the first person in the list receives a notification on mobile. You have 15 minutes to book the class before the spot is offered to the next client on the waitlist.

All class packages will expire 30 days from date of purchase All class packages are non-refundable, non-shareable and non-transferrable Refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions for any reason (e.g. change of mind, injury, illness, change of address) are not allowed. All purchases are final

SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND NEW STUDIO POLICIES


The safety of our community has always been our top priority, and we're even more focused on it now. In accordance with the guidelines set out by our local government, we have created the following safety measures and made changes on how we operate to ensure a safe learning environment for our students. We have a few more upgrades in the works, and as we learn more, we'll be constantly fine-tuning and updating our guidelines and policies.
